Private Duty Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (Overnight Shifts)

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled private duty care for a young, medically fragile individual living at home with their family. This position is ideal for nurses who excel in building relationships, delivering high-quality care, and thrive in a supportive and family-centered environment.

Schedule:

• Overnight Shifts Available:
• 7 days a week
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Awake overnight hours
• Part-time, full-time, or consistent recurring night shifts based on availability

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing skilled nursing care in the home
• Perform airway clearance and respiratory monitoring
• Administer G-tube feeding and care
• Assist with suctioning as needed
• Conduct passive Range of Motion (ROM) exercises
• Assist in 2-person transfers
• Ensure patient comfort and safety
• Monitor and reorder medications and supplies
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Required Skills / Experience:
• Proficiency in G-tube care and feedings, suctioning, BiPAP management, pulse oximeter monitoring, and respiratory equipment maintenance
