We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per diem shifts at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and assess changes in health status
- Report significant changes to physicians, providers, and appropriate clinical staff
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings
- Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
- Supervise, delegate to, and support CNAs and other care team members
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Colorado RN License required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Recent TB Test
- Ability to successfully pass required background screening
- Additional facility-specific requirements may apply
