• Deliver direct nursing care to residents following care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Assist in assessments and accurately document resident conditions
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
• Efficiently communicate with residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams for positive results

Requirements

• Active LPN License in Colorado or Compact State
• Minimum 1 Year of Recent LPN Experience
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Recent TB Test
• Successful completion of background screening
• Additional facility-specific conditions may be applicable
