Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Positions Available

We are currently seeking committed Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for per diem shifts at Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facilities in and around Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized nursing care based on individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assist in assessments and upkeep of precise resident records
• Follow facility protocols and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Active LPN License in Colorado or Compact State
• Minimum of 1 year recent LPN experience
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Up-to-date TB Test
• Successful background screening
