Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents based on care plans

• Assist with assessments and document resident conditions

Requirements

• Active LPN License in Colorado or Compact State
• Minimum of 1 Year Recent LPN Experience
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Recent TB Test
• Successful background screening
