Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to support patients in achieving greater independence in daily activities.
Position Details:
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Rate: $37/hour
Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
Setting: SNF
Responsibilities:
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT
Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with supervising OT and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Active Colorado COTA license (required)
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
