12HR Shifts
36HR rotating 48HR Weeks
8 Week Assignment
Start ASAP!
Rate for 36 hour week is $1827
Rate for 48 hour week is $2106
Requirement for working varied shifts/having scheduling flexibility

Bonus:
$300 for any LPN referral after they work 180hrs on contract
